Amanda started boxing at the age of 16 and loves coaching just as much as she loves training in the sport. She will tell you that boxing is the perfect balance of aerobic and anaerobic exercise that never gets boring - there is always room for improvement! She will strive to inspire you to find the importance of being active, to find happiness in challenging yourself to try new things and to be amazed at what you can accomplish, both physically and emotionally.
Along with boxing and running, Amanda chooses kettle bells as her number one strength-training method because she believes the fluidity of the movements keeps things closely tied to the fluid motions of boxing. Amanda is also a lover of the great outdoors, so when she can’t be reached, she is probably trail running in the forest or camping and hiking with her family.
